My name isn't really the point here. My dog is. Ghost is a husky, and he's the reason this site exists, even though he's not who it's for. He's still young, still has all that husky energy, and none of the aches this site is actually about.

What got me here is everyone else's dog. Daily walks, drop-offs at daycare, waiting rooms at the vet. Over time I kept running into the same owners asking the same things about their older dogs: how do you get a dog with stiff hips into the car without a fight, which bed is actually worth the money for aging joints, is this supplement real or just marketing.

Golden Years Dog Care came out of hearing those same questions over and over. I'm not a vet, and I won't pretend to have every answer. What I can do is dig through the research, compare the products people actually buy, and write about what holds up.

The review process is still taking shape as this grows. I'll write more about it here as it does.
